At Global Media Outreach I led organizational strategy and design as we looked to expand our global footprint. I led several StratOp processes, looking at the organization as a whole, then moving into several of the verticals to align to the overall plan. Using the StratOp process, we transitioned from a centralized to a distributed global model with 9 teams on 5 continents. This strategy led to a substantial decrease in costs and greater than 20% improvement in the organization’s KPI’s.
